Robert Rago was my sales guy. Its been 3 months so far and I have yet to receive my second key for my certified used car. Rob has dodged all my phone calls and messages for these last months. When I was in the area and fianlly had to the chance to speak with him in person, he told me that my certified used vehicle only came with one key and he did not need to provide me with one, which frankly is a lie. After making him aware of the note he wrote for me about providing me with the second key, he said he would reach out once he had the key in stock. Then silence, he has not once answered my voicemails or phone calls. He only responded after I emailed him along with the General Sales manager Eric. He said someone would reach out from the service dept to get my new key. After waiting 2 weeks to be contacted i followed up. Got the same email back, someone will reach out to me from the service dept. Still No phone car from the service dept and Rob Rago has still no answered any of my phone calls or messages.
