Awful Monopoly of a company, phone service and online bill pay is a nightmare. Would be nice to get some rebates for my smart thermostat and HE appliances like other companies offer. Just read an article about a Vermont power company offering leased and subsidized Tesla powerwalls in exchange for it being used to create a smart grid, guess all of these are too much to ask in this backward part of the country.

The only good thing about TE is the power is really reliable and is restored really quickly if it ever goes down

Update: just tried to contact Customer service and get my account number, had to deal with the awful robot then get a call back 15minutes later from an actual person and they gave me an incorrect account number. Removed a star
