Recently bought my first car from Billion, sadly I also purchased my last car from Billion. I didn't feel welcome into the dealership, They didn't want to have anything to do with my trade unless it helped them to up sale me a worthless "bumper to bumper" warranty coverage that in the fine print doesn't really cover anything. I asked several times what the registration fees would be on the vehicle I bought and never did get an answered my question by searching the states DOT registration website.

The listing on the car on their website was incorrect compared to what the vehicle was. The website stated that the car was certified and had keyless entry, photos showed a perfect body on the car. Actually the car didn't have keyless entry, could be certified but only if I spent more money to have it certified. Body had several scratches on the hood, dings in the door, and a chip in the driver side review mirror. All of which were fixed but not until after dealing with a rude sales manager to get the ding in the door (which all they did was use touch up paint to cover it up) and replacing the rearview mirror. They also did give me keyless entry, but I had to buy my own owners manual which I did online because as they said it was a "used" car and they didn't have one they could give me.

The salesman that I worked with didn't really seem to know anything about it, basically his job was just to write up the paperwork and turn it in. When questioning the service of the vehicle I was told by the salesman "you don't have to have it serviced hear" and couldn't answer any questions that I had. With that said Billion didn't earn my business to have my car serviced in their service department, I will be taking it elsewhere.

I have worked with several car dealerships and by far I received the worst service and customer service from Billion then I have at any other dealership in the past. Makes me wish I would have read the previous reviews before making my purchase through them. If I had read the previous reviews I would have taken the advise of others from this and not even looked on their website or have done business with this company. In short they rip people off and really don't know anything about cars. Your better off to go somewhere else.
