I bought my Triumph Speed Twin during Covid-19 lockdown, I therefore didn't visit the dealership or have a test ride. Their website was very useful in terms of providing photos of my bike and a description as well as the usual Triumph content. Liam was friendly and helpful throughout our email and telephone exchange and I was kept up to speed with the courier delivery, it all went very smoothly, thank you. 5*
