Had a couple of bikes from Shirlaws now and found both the sales process and aftersales service to be excellent!

So yesterday I had some strange electrical problem (turned out to be a snapped wire) so without notice I brought my bike in to the service guys and even tho they were proper busy I still went home with a fixed bike within the hour can t thank the team enough for that and they ve a no bad cuppa too

42HQ had a competition as part of their first Burger and Chips night and Shirlaws donated a helmet as the first prize..the helmet itself was amazing..but I decided to upgrade it to a Marvel design..Venom..very very pleased with my stunning helmet..thanks Shirlaws

Very helpful staff, fantastic showroom with some amazing bikes on display. Plenty of people on hand to help you out but I was in to make a purchase from their larger than expected gear department upstairs which again very helpful staff helped me find what I was looking for.

Now on my 3rd bike from Shirlaws s customer service second to none. Makes the journey from Glasgow worthwhile. (Not that it s required due to delivery being an option).

Went in for some new bike kit. Came out totally sorted, the staff were great, put you at ease, felt like long lost friends. Nothing was to much trouble and excellent discount as well. The internet is great but you cant beat the personal touch. Only reason i didnt by a bike as well was the holder of the cheque book said no. Worth the trip from Inverness.

I bought a Triumph Street Triple R a year ago from Shirlaws. We had a few issues with the delivery company but this was sorted out in a professional way by Craig Shirlaw. The bike has never skipped a beat.

Great all round service from the team today, had my Triumph in for its annual service, the service team picked up and sorted out a warranty issue. No hassle and saved me a 180 mile round trip. Thanks to all involved.

Not in the market for a new bike at the moment, but being new to Aberdeen and visiting every shop in town for a new helmet, this place trumps them ALL! I was shopping around a few weeks ago and nowhere else in town had a dedicated clothing expert on hand to give me such in depth and honest detail about my options and worked to MY budget. The Ecosse guys were great, but lacking in range. I was a J&S Hamilton regular being from East Kilbride, sadly the service at the Aberdeen branch was disgraceful.

My other half bought a Street twin recently, great service from Craig, delivery was organised easily and in timely manner with good communication given. He was sent all the photos and a personal video going over the specifications prior to getting the bike. Very helpful would recommend

Well my first time buying from Shirlaws. I bought a used bike as they had a cracking deal on one I wanted and we shook hands and that was it. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience and Lewis (in sales) has been a top man. He treated my mate and I as humans and not like a sales meat. Trust me I have been to luxurious showrooms and it's funny sales people think the common Joe walking through the door are brain dead. But not at shirlaws, the speak to you listen to what you want and work with you. No pressure! They got me a deal that I couldn't find throughout the country and I can travel to find the right bike anywhere. I would definitely buy my next bike again with them. I have now bought 3 new bikes from Shirlaws and have dealt with various members off staff, the fact that I have gone back 3 times shows how impressed I am with the level of service. The after-sales and service department are also very good and I have never had any issues. I would highly recommend buying a new or second hand bike from Shirlaws.

Brought a Kawasaki ninja 400 2 weeks ago from shirlaws. Arrived today! Aberdeen to essex no address to far it seems for these guys really impressed bike in top condition as advertised on autotrader! Would highly recommend to all you bike lovers!!!

I emailed a few questions about parts and was delighted to receive an email back just after 09:00. All questions answered. I called to pay with my card and asked a question pertaining to my bike and was given the answer (which I checked on my bike and it was spot on). I will certainly be buying from them again. I bought my Triumph Speed Twin during Covid-19 lockdown, I therefore didn't visit the dealership or have a test ride. Their website was very useful in terms of providing photos of my bike and a description as well as the usual Triumph content. Liam was friendly and helpful throughout our email and telephone exchange and I was kept up to speed with the courier delivery, it all went very smoothly, thank you. 5*

Bought a Kawasaki j300 from Shirlaws one off the best experiences l have had when buying a scooter nothing was a problem they kept in contact as it needed to be ordered and l live in Inverness as they had a delivery van passing my door they delivered it free . The hole experience from start to finish was excellent. The shop itself is well laid out as well & the sales staff have good knowledge off the bikes there selling. This is my first experience buying a scooter from them and after this experience l will definitely be returning to them for my next purchase.

Excellent communication from Craig from the start of my enquiry, through the purchasing process and the bike being delivered in time for Xmas, couldn't have asked for anything more. Very Happy with my new street triple.

This shop should be moved in an industrial area, away from civilized society. People who hangs here are inconsiderate of others with their noisy anti social behavior.

Fantastic service as I've come to expect over 20 years of dealing with Shirlaws. Had an issue bleeding my brakes at midday...realised I didn't have the equipment or knowledge to sort it out so phoned John in the service department. He offered to sort it out that afternoon if I could get the bike in to him which I did. Bike was taken into the workshop soon as I arrived and keys handed back to me ready to go approx 20mins later. Can't ask for more than that!!

As a new rider I went to Shirlaws to look for new bike kit having been unsuccessful in other shops. I was met by Ricki and the team in accessories who provided excellent advice and product knowledge, as well as the patience of a saint as I tried every helmet model to work out which was the best fit. Once a jacket in my size was delivered, I left the shop happy, fully kitted out ready to go. A month later a nice used bike came up and following test rides of a couple of bikes, both used and new, something which seems difficult to do at other dealers, I bought my first bike. Liam provided excellent advice, and the whole process was made easy.
