I am encouraging anyone and everyone to support this business if they are looking for new equipment, instruments or music supplies!!

I am so impressed with the level of customer service I received from The Arts Music Store. I ordered my guitar through their website and was taken aback from the amount of selection and items to purchase, the reasonable prices and their communication with their customer on the shipping.

My local shop doesn't even have a website and does very little in terms of creating a great experience with customers.

Rik is an amazing website ambassador for this business. His commitment to making sure his customers are happy is second to none. I have never received a personal email from anywhere I have ordered online - it was a great experience. They tested my guitar and let me know it was in perfect condition upon shipping, which was also evident from the extra batteries they included for my acoustic/electric. (Thanks for them, by the way!!)

I will, from now on, be making the trek to buy in store all my future musical gear if possible - if not, I feel insanely comfortable navigating and purchasing through their awesome website. It makes me feel good to support a business that clearly treasures their customers and knows how to keep longtime employees that enhance the experience. I am looking forward to my future roadtrip to their store to buy my supplies. I refuse to go anywhere else now.
