I had an average car buying experience here. I bought a great new vehicle for a better than average price. I say average because the finance guy argued with me on the need for an overpriced extra warranty that I explicitly stated I didn't want from the beginning. Then he financed me through a bank I didn't request despite my bank offering the same rate. I later confirmed with my bank they had approved the loan. Mild annoyance, but pertinent to my review. They messed up ordering some accessories and made good on them later. The buying process was very time consuming, about 5 hours. In all, it was an experience I would expect from any dealer. I would like to expect more from dealers, no mess ups or pressure to buy an industry standard overpriced warranty, but this is the same as anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again as long as the overall price of the vehicle is better than I could get elsewhere which is why I bought from them.
