Went there yesterday in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle (cash in hand). We were extremely disappointed. The sales guy knew nothing about the Equinox we were looking at. He didn't know the price and said it was a front wheel drive. I know nothing about cars, even knew it was an AWD. He left in the middle of helping us to go give a key or something to his boss and never returned the time we were there. While browsing other vehicles I was then again disappointed. I believe it was an Envoy that was sitting on the lot with a really flat tire. The Equinox also had water damaged headlights and were fogged over. None of the cars interiors even looked to be decently clean. I get it...it was a used car lot, but take a little pride in what you have for sale. Went to other dealers in Iowa City who were knowledgeable and EAGER to assist us in buying a vehicle. Sadly disappointed.
