Felt extremely unappreciated .. My son is autistic with sensory issues .. He ripped his band off and when we went to get a new one so he could enjoy himself , Linda at the front desk with the short spiky hair refused to give me one .. The cost of the room was ridiculous and my reservation clearly stated 4 wrist bands . The clerks at the desk were also advised that it might happen . I was told just come and get a new one .
LINDA told me I had to pay for more wristbands . At several hundreds of dollars form the room i wasnt payng again for what I had already paid for multiple times over .. We packed up and left . My son in tears HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! SHAME ON YOU !!!!! YOU RUINED IS VACATION..

in response .. i asked for a manager on duty but I was told there was no one available , So now on top of the extremely poor treatment I was being lied to .. good to know 280 people have reviewed this
