Very disappointing experience. This hotel shouldn't be a 4 stars hotel... The room was very small, furnished with very cheap items and had an opaque window! I never seen that before, including in lower class hotels.
Internet didn't work during a whole evening.
In the bathroom, the ventilation seemed not working well, there was a lot of condensation and the bathroom was always wet.
The housekeeping was not better, nothing has been refilled during our stay. We had coffee, tea, water, bath gel and soap the first day and nothing after that.
The rooftop bar seemed to be open only on weekends, so as we stayed during the week we haven't been able to take a drink here.
The breakfast was not exceptional. Waffles looked like the one you find in Holiday Inn buffets but for $12. Maple syrup looked like sugar syrup with fake flavor and the "fresh" orange juice tasted Tropicana although the waitress told us the contrary.
The first concierge we had seemed nice but the second one was incredibly incompetent. He recommended us to do a stupid touristic airboat tour/alligator show close to Miami instead of going into the Everglades National Park.
The only good points were the pool on the rooftop, with a great view, the chairs provided on the beach for free and the comfy mattress.
I will never come back again.
