Good hard facilities and nice city view. But experience is terrible when I lived in Grand Hyatt Shanghai.

Concierge
1. Very narrow lobby. The area mixed roomer for check in and visitor for meal. Roomer needs to line the queue for check in. But hotel staff often leave, not stay in the lobby to arrange order. Its chaos visitor often jump the queue but roomer need to line the queue.
2. Seven nights. Room card can't be used after check in day.
3. Hotel staffs did not often stay in lobby. No one can help you when you faced problem.

Bathtub is not clean, had scale.
