I wanted to share my first experience with the service department. Most folks are quick to bash a business for an experience and few to write a positive when all went great. I took my Corvette in because was having issues with my drivers door not opening when needed. My adviser was Sueane, she did a good job taken care of my vehicle,we ran into some fitment issues with parts,immediately she informed there service manager Brandon Colon. He gave me a call and told me not to worry that he was involved and was contacting GM about my situation, he came through with his word and kept me informed through all his actions. Wow!!!Its hard to get one of these guys to get out of the office and get involved with customers concern. He did all that was promised,I was a customer to Hendricks Chevy in Buford,Looks like I found a great place for my vehicle needs,Great people there!!! Rafael Mateo Buford,GA
