This applies to the service department only. This shop is overpriced. If your Mazda is no longer under warranty and you're looking for general maintains/repairs, I suggest looking elsewhere. I was quoted a price of $320 to replace a brake caliper, which my local car repair shop completed for $200. I was also quoted $450 to replace sway bar links (actual part costs $40) which my local shop completed for $200. The customer service has always been great and the waiting room is very nice but that still does not justify their pricing.
