The worst worst hotel I've ever been with my family....
We are a family of 3 my 9 year old son and my wife and I.... paid $436+ 100 of secured deposit for any damages and what a surprise it looked nice but the worst Services ever always wrong information we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool and the lake wow and no lunch or breakfast neither a dinning was open when I was told that the food dining would be open before I reserved a room .... the worst part was that we didn't have any cleaning services during our length stay I was in room #332
Don't go here this the worst + I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back or either I would get a lawyer and make this 0star hotel close for not being cleaned

Dont come here and plus I drove from California to Colorado springs the worst Services I've ever had
Go to the Caribbean islands its cheaper and better
