I met a representative at Home Depot and not a moment too soon. Just purchased a house but AC wasn t cooling and wasn t sure if it was covered in warranty. Saw John at Antelope Rd. Home Depot on Saturday morning and received a call within two hours. I had an appointment on Tuesday morning with Ernesto. Ernesto was knowledgeable and presented the scenarios that could be happening with my AC. In the end we went with coolant replacement and I also purchased the tri-yearly service plan which is a great value. Ernesto also found a coupon for me. I would highly recommend Beutler and I look forward to doing business with them again.
