This was a terrible experience. I requested a specific technician. Someone else worked on the truck, the service writer told me to my face that I did not make any request. I dealer did not recognize Ally Major Guard Warranty work. I provided a copy of the invoice. First they said I only had power train coverage, then they said I had no coverage. I had to pay over 1500.00 for an AC Condenser that I understand was a recall item anyway. I have appealed to GM, but they stopped communicating with me after I sent the proof of coverage.
