Purchased a 2014 Sonata in March 2014. Sales staff was great and the deal was good. Purchased the lifetime oil change option. The quality of service has steadily gotten worse. Called three times today to schedule an oil change for next Tuesday or Thursday morning. No answer and no one returned the voicemail. A rep answered on my fourth attempt. Was told the earliest time available is October 29th in the afternoon. You must schedule an oil change when it s convenient for them not when it s convenient for you. The service department personnel are very good but they are overwhelmed and understaffed. Before purchasing a vehicle, drive to the dealership and observe how many vehicles are lined up awaiting service. You can also go to their website and check the availability of dates for an oil change. I give the 2-star rating for the effort of the service staff. Recommend you do your homework on their service before executing the sale.
