Took my car in for a recall and had an appointment...

Took my car in for a recall and had an appointment for 10am. After standing in line for over 15 minutes they finally were able to take my keys. When I returned to pick up the car it took 5 minutes to get anyone to help and I was told my car was out front. After looking out front for 10 minutes I wondered in back to find my car. After the service they didn t wash the exterior or vacuum the interior. There were hand prints all over the dash where they did the recall service. If you have a choice, don t go here.
