Birthday dinner celebration before the show. We had an excellent, respectful, insightful and knowledgeable waiter, who talked us into steaks and we were not disappointed.

Began with a chopped salad, house dressing very flavorful and nicely portioned. I had the best steak I have ever had, filet 8oz. was buttery melt in your mouth. The sides were fresh (broccoli, wild mushrooms, shoestring potatoes) and flavorful. All sides are large enough to share with another person. Warm toasted bread rolls, sides of goat cheese, kalamata olives and peppers. The dessert and coffee (?) blew me away. Coffee was perfection (decafe shouldn't even taste that good!) and the dessert was exquisite. Espresso coffee with vanilla bean gelato served with house made biscotti.

Bar none, the best meal start to finish, every course done right. I was surprised to find such attention to detail in each course brought, attention to the table, not being intrusive to push the meal but to clear dishes and clean crumbs to give the most optimal experience. I remember this from 5 star dining but not seen as much in recent years. I will be back, bringing more friends and family. Yes, it is an expensive night out but they make it very special. Bravo to you all at Chophouse and thank you!
