WORST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet. I ord...

WORST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet. I ordered light fixtures online in MARCH of 2014, and never received them. They tell me a year later, they're shipping them via FedEX and they do -- To an address in Michigan. I live in South Dakota. Nice.
