I was employed with Montefiore for almost 6 years....

I was employed with Montefiore for almost 6 years. What was once a great place to work for has now changed drastically. No longer the place that cared for not only it s patients but also the employees. The floor staff is excellent and deserve any accolades they receive. There are are some truly hard workers who really care about what they do. Where the problem lies is administration. They are not caring and money driven. They do not care for the employees or the residents. And it shows in how the facility has changed. The things that take place there and are allowed to happen is not right. The only care is to fill a bed and receive funding. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
