Great customer service. Prompt. But I have had a horrible noise coming from my vehicle since I had the brakes done. The inconvenience of having to call and go back a second time is frustrating.

Update: I contacted the service manager and he worked me in right away. Fixed the problem at no cost. Everyone from start to finish was helpful, courteous, and professional. I understand things don t always go according to plan, but this shop made it right promptly and with zero hassle.

Second update: I now have a different loud squeal when I brake. Not always, only if more forceful braking is needed. The brakes work great, just annoying to have a loud noise after two attempts to do what seems like a straightforward brake job.
