Everytime I have called the office, it feels like I am calling a small office where they all know me. Every person I encountered spoke with professionalism and knowledge. I consider myself to be among THE most critical when it comes to customer service and these people are absolutely amazing. Perfect. They called ME or emailed me during every major point in the process. If I buy another collector car, I definitely would choose them if I choose to finance. They are Very detailed and very organized. Every time I had a question they were able to answer it. Thank you guys and gals at the office. It means alot coming from me saying that you all are the cream of the crop. They really make you feel important and "high end".
