Their scheduling department scheduled the 9th and ...

Their scheduling department scheduled the 9th and 10th of August for a two day complete install. I scheduled these two days to take work off so I could meet them and get the project completed. I was promised two full crews which I assumed was 4 men total.

Day one a crew of two men showed up at 11:30 AM, unloaded the windows and install one only before leaving.

Day two was a Friday and a crew of two men only showed up, demoed more and installed the three sliding doors and two windows. I attempted to get crews up on the next day which was a Saturday so I didn't have to take more time off work the following week. Couldn't get anyone to work a Saturday.

Day three I had two trucks but only three men not two full crews of 4 men. They completed the window install and started window trims.

Day four I had one man only to complete window trims. The bathroom window had issues and the worker said it needed different balancers. He said his service department would handle the repairs.
I was going to hold out $1000 back from their payment but the superintendent promised he would handle the problem and his scheduling department would call me in a week and a half to two weeks. I paid in full thinking they would follow through.

Going on five weeks later I had to contact them myself and attempt to follow up on their punch list item.

The prolonged install cost me more time away from work. When I made complaint calls to the superintendent he refured me to a scheduling gal at their office. As far as I'm concerned this was the superintendent's issue, not some gal in their office.

Their promise's were not followed through. Their scheduling sucks and and did not follow up with the project completion. I would not recomended this contractor for their services at all.
