They really can t take a damn joke an their website doesn t translate well when inquiring about a car. I wrote them about 3 trims for one car. Got an email asking me what trim. I used the words I don t want a dumb sales person trying to sell my something right now. I know what I/we want. Just need help with pricing fast. Then got an email with different prices an apr %. Asked why they were different only cause it wasn t clear why the same person would give me two different options for the same car. I got an email back asking to be more professional when working with them. I ve never laughed so hard in my life. An I thought it was my generation that were offended by everything. Humor builds rapport and shows a persons true color. Thank you Honda for a good laugh at least. I ll buy my next car else where!
