Paid $40 for expedited service. They called me 3 hours later to tell me the won't have the parts for another 5 days. Had I know upfront I could have taken it somewhere else. I wasted an afternoon and money.

I understand with covid they're super busy, have to prioritize and don't need my business. But when COVID is over I won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone.
