There should be a zero star option. Thanks to Losani I found out that getting a new house is like hide and seek. They are going to hide all kinds of problems and terrible worksmenship, and you need to seek them out before 30 days. Anything you don't find is out of pocket. They are NOT good to deal with, and their response is typically 'sorry, all this broken stuff is just how construction is now, too bad'. Complete garbage. Oh... and as we found out, when they can't register the condo because of endless mistakes, even if it takes years (3 in our neighbours case), you get to pay for the interest on their loan to build the house.... before you even buy it. my advice, pay more upfront and go with a small private builder, it will be cheaper in the end. You should not have to just except issues with your brand new house, because you don't want to fight with the builders anymore.
