1. AC was not working and I had to change three rooms with my family. It was difficult to breath for the whole time. The room 215 was slightly better. My initial reservation was for two nights but after the experience i cancelled it.

2. The entrance of the hotel is a serious concern. You have to park the car outside and then face heat. Than you will go inside the air conditioned room for the checking and than walk in the heat.

3. The staff is not trained to compensate the guest in any way. They dont even ask again if the room is ok or not? Simply they dont show any concern.

4. I am really disappointed and honestly didn't feel that I was staying in PC.
