Don't waste your time. You can get the same car for a better price and less hassle at most any other dealership. In the 773 reviews posted so far only 4 have been for our salesman, Goni (1-star, 2-star, 5-star, who admitted they paid too much, and one 5-star). Perhaps had we dealt with anyone else things could have been different, but we will never know.

I am a previous customer, here, and most commonly a loyal customer to good businesses, but do not plan to ever be a return customer at this dealership again.

Summary of experience: Incorrectly promised pre-approval for specific rate and terms over the phone, promised (in writing) trade-in value without even seeing the vehicle, completely forgot the appointment scheduled, unknowledgeable about the vehicle being sold (including pricing of options), argumentative when questioned on the facts of the vehicle, ran the numbers without even having a vehicle agreed upon for sale and wouldn't share the actual trade-in value being offered.
