I've had two experiences with Silicon Solutions now, and both were extremely satisfactory. Bill, the owner, is very helpful and worked with me both times to fit my needs. The second time there was an issue with the pricing of the work done, and Bill actually gave me a discount for the inconvenience; it's rare to find customer service like this anymore. Long story short, if you need repair work done you will get a very reasonable quote and the repair will get done on time and correctly.
