Far too warm house, cupboard to the wall story ... the house delivered ugly / sloppy.
Leaning door posts, no underfloor heating around the floor heating (see photo), separate faucets, no coax or fiber optic connection in the living room only in the meter cupboard.
You had to do it yourself or have it done.
Ceiling sockets were thickly packed over nothing covered everything quickly.

I left with screeching tires, canceled the lease and caught my loss.
Sauna house unprecedentedly warm, always 23 degrees inside.
Must idd as here with other reviews as cheap as possible from home.
Kitchen costs 450, - a waffle sheet anno 2019 at a newly built home kitchen that says immediately enough.

There was no solution for the heat in the home, "over-insulated".
And that is what they call energy-neutral building ... no chance in the Ede heat network.
Also a much too high rent for the number of 38m2.
Architect is also one of me ... you can't get into storage with your scooter or a heavy transport bike.
Response from home it is so built.
Well ... a large door is apparently too expensive.
I have never been told anything about the nuisance in the park either, that seems to have been going on for years, but they keep it quiet.
Bad experience with living quarters they cover themselves up for everything, and you can feel in the pocket.
