Vanaf 23 .10.23 diverse lekkages in de hall. Begon op 2 plaatsen inmiddels op 5 plekken lekkage en gevolgschade. Woonplus komt met allerlei niet valide argumenten waarom men nog niet kan beginnen met herstelwerkzaamheden. Ze zouden de aannemer mij terug laten bellen (2 x) ook niet gebeurd. Zit met 3 emmers in de haal en hoor maar het water druppelen. Houten lijsten zijn na 3 maanden aangetast en zullen vervangen moeten worden.
Na meer dan 3 maanden is mijn geduld op en zal dan ook volgende week de zaak voorleggen aan de huurcommissie. WOONPLUS zo ga je NIET met mensen om.

Terrible organization. Complaints remain, 100x is said that they call you back, but this does not happen at all. If they call you back, they will make a conscious call after 11:00 and let you ring your phone once and then hang up immediately. Then you call the reception for 30 seconds and you are told that they can not transfer you anymore and that you have to wait again until the next day (this has just happened again, 2nd time in a month) The complaint would be with Dennis Salah and then forwarded to manager Jaqueline Bredeveld or something in that direction, but every time there is an excuse. Wrong number even though you have already passed this 4x, still under treatment even if they have 10 working days to respond and my complaint is there already 3 months etc. Several gas leaks while I was pregnant in the house walked around (due to severe allergy I do not smoke the gas smell and I was later pointed out). Woonplus promised that it was resolved, then I went back into the house and someone later pointed me to a gas smell. The leak was never solved. Had a conversation at the office and by phone, but I was unlucky. I could not get another house or my rent back for the time that the house was not habitable. Meanwhile I finally have a new home (unfortunately via living plus, but I wanted to leave as soon as possible) and also with this house everything is wrong. When I left my previous home I had to repair everything and pay differently. At the moment I am in a house with holes, ceiling which almost falls out, broken earth leakage switch, empty boiler and no hose to top it up. I have the idea that they do it for so long because they know they are wrong and hope that they can come out of it or that I'll eventually give up. But know that this is not going to happen.
Woonplus is doing the wrong thing. Leave her landlord as a "punishment" because yesterday I neatly called off on time because I had to work for 4 days with cold water. So weekend no hot water. I am calling you to inform you that Breman is replacing everything on the CV which is not the cause of the malfunction. Already 2 days at home for the Breman mechanic and malfunction is not remedied. Thanks Woonplus for leaving me with cold water for 4 days, TOP landlord but not really. Heavily disappointed

Poor information and handling of correspondence and crooked rules regarding the rent of a garage and the huge price what is asked for, especially if you pay the old price for a garage that you are already renting from them. Really outrageous more than double paying for something old
From the moment I move, I have to run all the time behind Woonplus for repairs. Which are easy. But there is only one person who deals with repairs, there is an excuse every time. But oweej if what happens is an accident (I knock) then they are certainly responsible
Just let people come to fate You live again, they are too busy with themselves worthless understanding towards the residents unless they themselves are in a similar situation then they are fast enough only ff still a postion gesture there are also understanding full people there who do being in the right place, therefore, changing organization where it is not about money and self-interest then it is better with housing plus and maybe
After the renovation of the house havoc left floor broken, walls broken, windowsill completely broken after repeated calling and emailing no response have been pffff for 9 months now. Now the basement has been broken into and this is still not going to drive you crazy after 2 months !!!
They have no problem if you live in a mold house, even if the mold was already in the house before you live there! "Working on your living wish" yes day! You only want to receive money for bad housing! And do not want to do anything just paint on it ready.
