I purchased and had installed luxury vinyl flooring from Carolyn. On April 5, 2018, I informed her of an issue with some of the planks having a noticeably different sheen. Today is September 14, 2018 and Carolyn has done nothing to resolve the issue.

The issue is not with the installation, but the product itself. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that only the retailer can submit a claim.

Soooo, why hasn t Carolyn submitted one? Doesn t matter now I m taking her to court.
