We booked a family suite and were very disappointed to find that the furniture was old and tired, the carpet had rips in it and the balcony doors were broken and had wind blowing through them. The hotel sent a maintenance person to duct tape the balcony doors so the wind did not blow through.
The waterpark is a good size for smaller children and has enough to do for kids 12 and under.
It is nice that everything you need is in the hotel.
If the staff had cared at all about our room not being ready at 4pm or holes in the screen doors it would have been a much more enjoyable stay.
