The sum of items I had returned was supposedly refunded to my Rpremium account ... But I do not have a Rpremium account !! After a year of calls without follow-up with the SAV, my sending a registered mail last July, also remained unresponsive, I decided to take legal action! Not to mention the recent fraudulent use of my bank details on the site which claims to be secure for online payments: here too, legal action!
