I give it 3 stars because the staff is very friendly and the food has very good sason! The rooms are good, but it is far from being a GRAND PARK, I would classify it simply as a PARK ROYAL, The quality of its drinks is very poor and in general it is a hotel that could hardly be cataloged with more than three stars. I have stayed in park royal ixtapa and in grand park royal cozumel) and I really expected to be GREAT, the quality would be the same as in cozumel and FOR NOTHING
