Very unprofessional property management because they clearly lied by emailing me and saying that a listing was no longer available when it was, after I canceled a viewing twice due to some family issues. It's not my fault that I was unable to attend a showing but at least I had the decency to cancel in a timely manner. I wrote to see if the listing would be removed but I received no response. I'm glad that I didn't rent from this company when I had the chance on another property because the property off of Babcock was considered "move in ready" yet wreaked of mildew and mold and it was obvious that the carpet was either improperly cleaned or not cleaned at all. The cabinets in the kitchen were also barely hanging on.
