Begged by customer service girl to still go to them for an oil change even though their prices are a rip off. She gave me a coupon and promised that my service would be 50 bucks. Still expensive but out of convenience I agreed. Went last week only to be told that "I made my appointment wrong" even though the girl did it over the phone
