Called about one of their used cars. Was in touch with a sales rep there for several days before my appointment. Confirmed the appointment the morning of and right before I left. I was an hour and a half away so I wanted to make sure the car was there. After arriving, they told us the car got a check engine light and it wasn t there. They could ve easily texted me at any point before we left... to top it off they told me if I came back Monday they would give me a really good deal to compensate for the 3 hours wasted. I took off work again Monday thinking I d be going back and never heard from them. I even texted them for an update and to this day haven t heard back from them. Don t bother with this dealer, I found the car I was looking for elsewhere. Some good dealers still exist and they aren t one of them.
