The lady instead of welcoming ... attacks people and does not give the opportunity to speak. Empathy and kindness equal to zero.
I wonder ... given the sad emergency situation in which we live ... the phrase "We smile with our eyes" does not apply to you there?
In addition, the appointment times are not respected !!!
Instead I leave 5 stars to the doctor who visited my daughter for the sweetness, sympathy and professionalism she has shown.
