Poor management in Mt Laurel NJ. Lack of communication between supervisors and employees. Supervisors talk bad about employees constantly. Very unprofessional. Constantly cutting hours. Supervisors play favorites. Employees are like a revolving door. Very few actually stay for more than a week or two.

Just received a phone call from this company. The guy on the phone said the call was in regards to "the arts and education in your area." First he asked had I ever or do I currently work for any news/media publications. Then the next question was "are you a Democrat, Republican, or Liberal?" I then asked "I thought this phone call was about Arts and Education?" The guy then said "oh the screen just changed to a different survey. Sorry about that." Yeah, sure buddy!

This is a great place to work! The hours are irregular yes but you may choose your own schedule and they let you pick which days you want off. To the people complaining about constantly changing schedules; you were told when you interview for the job and after you get the job, that this is a part-time ON-CALL position. This means that if they dont have any research contracts for the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones, you go home. They do this because it is illegal for them to call after 9pm. Before anyone says "They've called ME after 9pm before!"; No they have not. You are either outright lying or very mistaken about what time they actually did call.
This is a very legit company and so cool to work for. They have a wonderful attitude towards their employees. If they are rude to you, it's because you are rude to them.
I only turned in my 2 weeks because I was rehired at a fulltime call center position that offered better pay.
Miss you guys and hope I can come back in the near future on a very limited schedule!

Research company where they do valid research to improve consumer lives daily.

This company calls 3 times a day, and when you answer there is no one there. This is plain harassment. Their voicemail is constantly full, so you can't call and speak with anyone to stop their annoying calls! Whoever is running this should be in prison. If calls fail, stop calling that number! Duh! Who would want to take your survey after you enrage them?

Why would anyone want to work here calling unsuspecting families late at night? Stay away, find a better path.

Terrible work hours & management. We do the fox news polls & over sample Democrats by like 10% because Fox tells us to generate "ad revenue product" aka Clickbait.

My immediate supervisors E and D were great I felt they were under appreciated. It was ran more like a slave ship then a work place it seems everyone was fearful and I was getting weary with the unpredictable hours. I was greatful to have a job so tried not to complain was tired of being watched, listened in on and being told don't talk.
