BUYER BEWARE!!
It s really awful that there are places like this one (great place), with employees that lack basic skills like Nikelle does.
I am all for my skin care and have done hydrafacials and other treatments plenty of times before. When I moved to Chicago, I started looking at several medspas and found this one through Instagram, it looks phenomenal but it s just Instagram pretty, Nikelle lacks professionalism and has no idea about hydrafacial, this procedure should take 50-60 minutes and she gets you out the door in 20.
Right before me, she had another patient and she did not change sheets in between, it s a revolving door.
As I was being escorted to pay, I tried telling her that I wasn t happy and she just said that the front desk will take care of me while telling the girl at the desk how much to charge me, the girl was as co fused as I was and Nikelle was rude to her to.
I called Nikelle the next day and message her several times but all she did was say that that s the way it is, she offered me a laser at a discounted price and I declined because if she can t do a facial, I won t trust her with a laser.
The other people at the office are really nice and the office has a good atmosphere. Nikelle s room is dirty, she re-uses towels and tools, she s not a real esthetician. I won t be making back to Nikelle, it s a shame that all the money I spend on my face will go somewhere else.
