I am a new patient to an affiliated dr. She sent me to see a genetic specialist for my pregnancy. I recieved two seperate bills from the visit. I called the number on the bill to clear up my confusion. I talked to a Mike, employee number 4143 and after his initial pleasant greeting became rude when I asked questions talked over me and interrupted and when I told him not to interrupt me he said he could tell I was frustrated and wanted to help but it was in an awful tone and he continued to talk over me. Then he gave me a completely different amount than either of my bills as my account balance I asked for more than his genaric first name like a last name and he gave me his employee number, i asked for a supervisor he put me on hold then after a brief wait his supervisor Ken no last name or employee number started out fresh, from the begining, he started to say the same things as the first operator and I wanted to clarify if there was indeed a third bill. He wouldn't commit to an answer only that the bills were correct and from two separate branches. I have no doubt the first two bills after inquiring and talking with some else completely are correct but there should not be a third bill and under no circumstances should coustomer representatives ever be so rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. I'd really like to see people with compassion working for every department of a hospital. If I didnt LOVE my wonderful doctor I would never return, but unfortunately this is where she delivers. I have already contacted my insurance provider to be on the look out for false claims to my insurance
