Horrible care--nurses and aides work hard to care for elderly in environment that doesn't support or value its staff or its patients. There is constant turnover and so care is scattered at best. Needs new CEO, charge nurse, lead nurse, social workers and others in executive offices who are competent, skilled and capable of operating a quality care facility.
