We have used Oliver for our heating and AC maintenance since 2008 when they installed the current system. Our experience with the technicians working on theses systems is always good. They call beforehand so you know when to expect them. They are clean, courteous and efficient.

They have responded to repair requests in a timely fashion and again the people who come to the house are top notch.

The scheduling staff are not always up to the same standards. Not answering the phone, messages going unreturned, misinformed agents (the agent insisted I had a system i do not have)

The maintenance agreement allows for 1 visit each for AC and Heater - BUT in a calendar year. So when THEIR schedule doesn't work out and they push up the dates- you find yourself either arguing an agent because they may have checked your furnace in January although you tried to schedule for September- and when fall rolls around they won't do the serve heck because it is still in the same calendar year. Ridiculous. I have neglected maintenance just to get re- synchronized with their "policy"

And the company policy of having techs push other services or plastering advertising stickers on other systems (like the water heater or electric box) is not cool. I do not appreciate that. I get they have other services to offer but I'd prefer to be asked if I want to know about something instead of being told I should consider services or a finding adds in my basement.

Techs are excellent- company policies are not, and phone staff are average to horrible.
