I called your organization because my car was stolen after I left the car running to warm up and my insurance refuse to pay. Whitney explained, although practically all motor insurance policies include a clause excluding claims in these circumstances, insurers still need to draw the attention of policyholders to this clause, as it constitutes a major restriction on the scope of coverage. Even though the circumstances of the theft fall within the scope of the exclusion clause sometimes a case will still be considered whether the policyholder was in breach of any "reasonable care" condition in their policy - that is, whether they acted "recklessly". Whitney reminded me if the insurance company is satisfied that I did not act recklessly, they might require the firm to meet the claim. Whitney made every effort to effectively and clearly communicate with me, demonstrating good customer service even though my situation most likely could only be resolved through my car insurance. Whitney is an example of the firm expressing there are ways to rectify complaints so that your customers are happy and your business thrives.
