Worst receptionist ever...didn t even want to schedule an appointment because she did not listen to me, only wanted to talk. So I hung up on her. Can t believe they get rave reviews.

Kids have come here for years and we love it! Dr. Gould is a great doctor and doesn't have an agenda except to help her patients.

Welcome to Vida Family Medicine and Behavioral Health. Don't worry, we KNOW how you feel and what you are REALLY thinking. This was my experience with their administrative staff. Their therapists are the nicest people in the world, as are the primary staff for that facility, BUT if you ever have an issue, you lost. No argument, no recourse, they will not look into context, they will not speak to therapists or investigate. One wrong word (literally one), and you lose. Their staff are always right, pristine and correct, and their head admin has 'been doing this for 24 years; I understand' how you think (and she really believes that, too). After one of their scheduling staff dropped the ball more than once, I already had the e-mail typed to fire them and seek another therapist. Apparently, they had the same idea... ... Again, wonderful therapists, and their normal front-office people are wonderful. You ever need to escalate, you lose. You ever get someone from another department, WATCH WHATEVER YOU SAY! You CANNOT speak freely, and if you are lodging a complaint about their continued failed performance, don't. It won't go anywhere. At most, you'll get a half hour call with someone who 'knows better'.

Best decision I ever made. Vida is a non judgmental completely understanding source of recovery.

I see Jennifer Foster and I absolutely love her! I really enjoy the staff as well, they make me feel very comfortable and safe. I was seeing a counselor, Jerry and he really helped me through issues I was having! I overall recommend them

Chris Kleronomos was the only good provider, but now he s gone. I definitely won t be going back to VIDA.

They used to be good, but the best doctors have left and their service is terrible. They do not care about helping people. Do not go there!!

Very nice staff, comfortable waiting area. I never have to wait long in the waiting room for a doctor.

Im only giving 2 stars because of my personal experience with Dr Chris. In the beginning he was personable and listened, but when I wanted a 2nd opinion on a medication he had prescribed (which btw was not the medication that worked for me once I tried taking it and got my 2nd opinion) as I was I laying on the table to receive acupuncture he came in and scolded me, as a woman I felt incredibly humilated as I lay on the table being scolded by him. He informed me how he was top 5 in his field, and I got the feeling I was to be in awe of being able to see him and how dare I want a 2nd opinion.
Much of his advice was taken and helpful. As I was able to pay for the supplements he suggested, I have gotten them & felt were helpful. But because of my inability to purchase these immediately, he more than once accused me of not wanting help because $400 in supplements for me at the time was not an instant option.
I would never see him again. He was arrogant & belittling towards me. I have never felt so humiliated by a Doctor.
Im glad others on this page have had a better experience with him than I did.
The nurses and front desk staff were always friendly. The office is clean and welcoming.

Honestly, I loved this place at first, but now not so much, the doctors don t seem to care about how you feel. This is supposed to be a different clinic, or at least that s how they market themselves, but it s the same as any other clinic where they just make appointments for you for everything so they can charge you. I called about a symptom and instead of being told if I should continue or stop medication they wanted to have a whole other appointment about how I m feeling, like it just made me tired, just tell me to keep or stop taking the medicine? Also I came here to do a UA sample to see if I had an infection today and my appointment was at 11 and I called when I got here to check in (because of Covid) and they said a nurse would be right out to help me, well 15 minutes later I m still out here doing the pee dance and nobody has come out, I call again they tell me to just come in and I m like was anyone even going to come get me? I have a full bladder for this UA that s really rude and the receptionist Maria was like sorry we re short staffed today well Maria, I would have given you all some credit except I was THE ONLY CAR IN THE LOT. Ok? So mad, I m going to be looking for a different clinic. On the plus side, Jennifer Foster is great. She and the assistant Whitney are about the only reason to stay here.

As a new patient I was confused at what treatment was allowed through my insurance, they failed billing my insurance( for tests) and communication throughout the clinic offices where a nightmare

I absolutely loved being a patient here. Doctor Gould had incredible bedside manners, had a unique holistic and personal approach to my health (as aligned with Vida s goals), and overall has been the best doctor I have seen.
