Was told the wait would be 4 hours for the ER, aft...

Was told the wait would be 4 hours for the ER, after 5 hours i was told it would be another 8 hour wait. At that point it was 2:30am and they hadn't called anyone back in 2 hours with over 23 people in the waiting room.
