It was a cool and simple process. I went in for a break light and a software update. They took me in early and finished me before my initial appointment time which was 11am. Unfortunately do to miss communication on my initial dealers part i wasn't able to get my tale light. I feel confident they'll have it ordered and replaced before the weeks out tho. He assured me he'd stay on my initial dealer and was very adamant about it. They were polite even checked my daughter and my temperature before entering the building. They were big on safety from start to finish. Thanks look forward to returning for my break light asap.
