Cut off from my account to prevent online payments...

Cut off from my account to prevent online payments...I still after 4 months cannot get in .... They disable your online account access ... I have to call and go thought them consistently ... Thier agents do not take notes frequently when you call so please record them!!!! They also added 2000.00 onto my contract without disclosure!!!
